Carved & Distressed Wood Products

We have a variety of options when it comes to machine carving, distressing, and wire brushing of our wood products. Working with interior designers and contractors, we have created a number of unique ways to create texture and depth on wood surfaces. We also welcome the challenge of creating new techniques to distress and texture wood panels, doors, mouldings, and stair components.

Adze Texturing

The adze tool has been used in handcrafted woodworking for centuries to carve and texture wood products. We are able to recreate this classic look using modern CNC machinery and apply to a variety of products. Below are five of our most popular carving patterns which can be applied to any product.

Distressed Wood

Using a combination of wide belt wire-brush machines and various bandsaws we are able to create textures on doors, millwork, T&G, siding, etc. Typically wire-brushing will create markings parallel to the plane of a board and re-sawing will create markings perpendicular to the plane of a board.
